How do I place an order? On the Home page, click on a product category. Click on the item of interest. Click on "Add to Cart". Click "Continue Shopping" or click "Checkout". Follow the directions from there. For bulk orders please e-mail customerservice@survivalmoment.com for instructions.

How long does it take for my order to ship after ordering?  Normally within 3 business days. If for reasons beyond our control, an order can not be shipped within 5 business days, you will be notified by e-mail.

How long is shelf life? Our food and water products have a 5 year shelf life.
